To get the Fastest Results:
- Write down all error messages you receive and all information in the error dialog
(including all those odd numbers) and from the dialog you get when you press
the Details button in the error dialog.
- Tell us your serial number or registration code.
- Provide a detailed description of what you have to do to get the
problem or error message you are receiving so that we can reproduce it. The more information
you can give us, the more likely we will be able to quickly solve your problem.
- Provide detailed information about any hardware that seems to be related to the
problem would also help for example sound card model, manufacturer and driver
details.
- If you are emailing, for Aurora Suite, please include a copy of your \Program Files\Aurora Suite 2005\Aurora.set and \Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%\My Documents\Aurora Suite 2005\Aurora.set files.
- If you are emailing, for Aurora 3.0, please include a copy of your \AWIN3\AURORA.INI file.
We also need to know:
- Your name and company if applicable.
- Your telephone number and fax number if you have one.
- Where you are calling from including the province or state.
- When to call, don't forget to take into account time zones.
