Before you contact us, locate your registration number, this can be found in the "Registration Information" dialog of any Aurora for Windows program, on the back of your Installation Guide (for versions 2.05 and above) and on your original sales invoice. We will need this number to properly assist you.

For fastest results from your inquiries, make sure you write down all error messages you receive and all information in the error dialog (including all those odd numbers) and from the dialog you get when you press the Details button on the error dialog. Also, please include your serial number and a detailed description of what you have to do to get the problem or error message you are receiving so that we can reproduce it. Detailed information about any hardware that seems to be related to the problem would also help, for example sound card model, manufacturer and driver details if you are having trouble with the Aurora Realvoice. If you are emailing, please include a copy of your \AWIN3\AURORA.INI file.
